We are all dancers, it's time to feel the pure and simple joy of movement. This is a 3 part workshop that first prepares your body by releasing tension and revealing healthy movement patterns with Erica. Then Anita will have us smiling and dancing! Finally Marla will guide the decompression and cool down with stretching and soft breathing.Â
