I'm Marla Love

I was a professional dancer, and began teaching yoga in 1999. Since then I have grown my toolbox to include Dynamic Anatomy, Pilates, ELDOA™ and Buteyko Breathing! As a lifelong learner, I continue to study and grow as a teacher. 

My mission is to help you feel more free and strong in your body by sharing tools and practices that promote your physical health and independence.
